Un aspect regal completat de arome intense si un gust complex. In cateva secunde din pahar isi fac aparitia arome de prune uscate si fructe de padure… Peste cateva clipe licoarea elibereaza arome de vanilie, caramel si ciocolata neagra. “Concertul” nu se incheie aici… Gustul plin, sec, cu textura consistenta si tanini rotunzi lasa “spectatorii” fara cuvinte. Uneori motivul linistii nu necesita explicatii, acestea sunt evidente.

Being recommended as an appetizer drink, Prince Mircea Cuvée D’Excellence makes its debut with fine flavours, generated by citrus and elderflower. It astonishes the olfactory sense with a pleasant minerality which dissolves in the grapefruit and thyme perfume. Obtained from the Italian Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties, Prince Mircea Cuvée D’Excellence reveals a straw-yellow colour with a green reflection. Obtained at the Stârmina Winery from Italian Riesling (100%), Sirena is radiant with a golden yellow colour. Its aroma is intense, floral, with dry fruit, caramel, honey and linden honey notes. The grapes touched by the noble rot Botrytis Cinerea and pampered by the continental climate with Mediterranean influences also develop specific and sizeable features in the wine's taste. Its full and savoury taste can be observed at a temperature of 8-10ºC. Sweet Riesling is an unctuous wine, with a complex body and texture, and with a long and pleasant aftertaste. Grapes are selected only from the parcels with specific exposure and production is limited to 40 hl, so that they can reach their optimum maturity. Such details from the winemaking process impress upon the tasting tones. Cabernet Sauvignon Prince Mircea is an intense ruby red wine with a brown red reflection. Grapes are selected only from the parcels with specific exposure and production is limited to 40 hl, so that they can reach their optimum maturity.
